APPLICATION:
The machine is mainly used to produce the wire fencing for highway, railway, airport, housing area. In addition, it can be also used to produce the welded mesh for supermarket shopping cart, shopping basket, bed, display shelves, etc.
Main Features:
- Both the line wire and cross wire feeding are in pre-cut wires. The mesh sheet is with better flatness compared with the machine type with line wire feeding from coil wires.
Therefore, this machine type is suitable for making the mesh sheet for wire fencing ,enclosure mesh, and other mesh product with requirement of good flatness.
- The mesh pulling system is a mobile trolley controlled by PLC of Mitsubishi instead of motor.
Therefore, the cross wire spacing can be adjusted faster and more simply. You just need to input the cross wire spacing datasinto the touch panel and the machine can realize your desired cross wire spacing size automatically. It can make variable cross wire spacing size in the same mesh sheet for fencing mesh and enlarge the adjusting range of the cross wire spacing size

1、The welding device takes new type of water cooling transformer with high efficiency. Each welding transformer can be adjusted steplessly with separate controller. It can prevent the transformer from heated and protect the welding transfomer itself effectively.
2、In order to adapt to the power transformer capacity and reduce the current impact, the welding control adopts the way of welding in one time but electricity input in several separate phases, that is (i.e.), the welding transformers work separately when welding one cross wire.
3、The welding adopts electric and electronic synchronous control technique. Both the welding time and separate phase-welding is composed of digital integrated circuit with high speed, stable function, high precision, firm welding spot without welding track. It is easy to operate.
